Terms and Conditions of Limited Warranty

Ad Hoc Electronics warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of purchase to the first owner.

• Coverage: Ad Hoc Electronics agrees to provide the original owner, at its sole option, replacement part(s) or a product (or a comparable product if the original is no longer available) to replace those proven defective.
• Exclusions:
  • This warranty does not cover labor charges incurred or damage sustained during installation, repair, or replacement.
  • This warranty is not transferable.
• Operational/Non-Warranty Goods: The owner may be responsible for all expenses if returned items are deemed operational or are not under warranty. Non-warranty goods will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
• Exclusivity: This warranty and the remedies set forth are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies, and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied.
• Disclaimer: AD HOC ELECTRONICS specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall AD HOC ELECTRONICS or any of its officers, agents, employees, representatives, or associates be liable for any losses, including but not limited to, breach of warranty or condition, tort, or negligence.
• Warranty Voidance: This warranty shall be void if this product or any of its components are:
  • Altered, misused, or modified.
  • Not installed, used, repaired, or maintained in accordance with the instructions printed in the AD HOC ELECTRONICS Owner’s Guide.
  • Repaired using parts other than AD HOC ELECTRONICS factory-approved parts.
• Force Majeure: Warranty does not extend to accidents, damage, flood, fire, or any other cause beyond the control of the manufacturer.
